Albert A. "Porky" Paquette, age 76, passed away on January 22, 2010, at the Charlton Memorial Hospital in Fall River, following a brief illness. He was the husband of Rosalina (Botelho) Paquette of Taunton, MA. Born in Fall River, he was the son of the late Antone Paquette and the late Agnes (Pacheco) Lamarr, formerly Paquette. A resident of Fall River for most of his life, he moved to Taunton shortly after retiring. Albert labored for many years as a painter and also worked as a roofer. He was also employed by the Fall River School Dept. for 17 years until his retirement in 1999. In addition his wife, Rosalina, surviving family members include five children; Albert Paquette, Jr., of Somerset, Theodore D. Paquette of Taunton, Robert Paquette of Cambridge, MA, Mary Agnes Paquette of Fall River, and Sandra Lee Benevides of Freetown. He also leaves six grandchildren, four great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. His funeral service was conducted at the Silva-Faria Funeral Home. Pallbearers Keith and Brandon Benevides, Robert Paquette Jr., Craig Lacroix, Mike Moniz and Mario Camara brought Al to his final resting place at Notre Dame Cemetery.
