Albertina Cabral Viveiros, 92, of Fall River, widow of John L. Viveiros, passed away peacefully on October 17, 2026. Born in Sao Vicente, Acores, she was a daughter of the late Francisco Cabral and the late Guilhermina (DeMelo) Cabral.

She emigrated to Fall River in 1957 and worked as a seamstress in many of the historic mills until her retirement.

She was a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother who devoted her life to her family. She loved making meals for her family and spending time together. She was also a faithful parishioner and Holy Rosary member of St. Anthony of Padua Church and enjoyed participating in Santo Cristo Senior group.

She is survived by her children: Lucia Camara and her spouse Jeanine Dacri, of New Braintree, Dennis Vennis and his fiancé Olivia Necci, of Somerset, John Viveiros Jr. (late spouse Patricia), of Fall River, and Pauline Goncalves and her spouse Victor, of Fall River; grandchildren: Nicole Fields, Elizabeth Camara, Robert Camara, Sean Yerger, Dennis Viveiros. John A. Viveiros, Patrick Viveiros, Nina Goncalves and Victor A. Goncalves; great-grandchildren: Christopher J. Fields, Aston Bamford, Kierra Stuk, Landon Camara, Emmett Camara, Weston Camara, Attikus Viveiros and Koraline Viveiros; sister: Maria Cotilde Estrela, of Fall River; and many nieces and nephews. Albertina was predeceased by her brothers, Manuel and Jose Cabral.

Relatives and Friends are invited to attend her Visitation to be held in Silva-Faria Funeral Home, 730 Bedford Street, Fall River, on Tuesday, October 20, 2026, from 8:30 am to 9:30 am.

Her Funeral will be held on Tuesday, October 20, 2026, at 9:30 a.m. from Silva-Faria Funeral Home, 730 Bedford Street, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. at St. Anthony of Padua Church. Committal and Interment in St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Fall River.
