Besides his loving wife of forty-seven years, he leaves his daughters, Marta Morrissette and her husband, Brock, of East Freetown and Marisa Moniz and her husband, Bryan, of Swansea; his precious granddaughters, Julia Morrissette, Grace Morrissette, and Eleanor Moniz; his two sisters, Florinda Raimundo (late husband, Jacinto) of Relva, Azores, and Lisete Lopes (late husband, Fernando) of Arrifes, Azores; one sister-in-law, Aldavina Raimundo of Georgetown, Canada; and many nieces and nephews. He was also the father of the late Paulo Alexandre Santos and brother of the late Jose Raimundo.
His Funeral Mass was celebrated on Tuesday, February 28th, in St. Anthony of Padua Church. After a private cremation, his cremains were entombed at the Notre Dame Cemetery Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers, kindly consider a donation in Alberto's memory to: St Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St Jude PL, Memphis, TN 38105-9959 or Dana Farber Cancer Institute, 450 Brookline Ave., Boston, MA 02215.
