Alfredo M. Travassos, 81, of Fall River, passed away peacefully at Fall River Health Care on December 1, 2020 after a brief illness. Born in Ponta Delgada, St. Michael's, Azores, he was the beloved son of the late Emily (Travassos) Costa.

A very friendly man, Alfredo was always eager and willing to help anyone in any way he could. He also very much enjoyed eating, going for rides, especially on the bus, and search-word puzzles. He leaves:  his loving cousins who were also his caretakers, Maria Berenguer and Jodie Camara.

His private funeral was held on Monday, December 7th, from our Fall River Chapel with His Funeral Mass in Espirito Santo Church followed by his committal at Notre Dame Cemetery.
