Alice Camara, 102, of Tiverton, RI, formerly of 931 Pearce St, Fall River, passed away on Friday, December 23, 2022, at the Grand Islander Nursing Home, Middletown, RI. She was the widow of Dimas M. Camara. Born in Fall River, she was the daughter of the late John C. Reis and the late Alice (Soares) Reis.

She was employed for many years in the local textile industry and later worked as a lunch aide for the Fall River school department. A longtime parishioner of St. Anthony of Padua Church, Alice was formerly active with its Women's Sodality. More recently she had also enjoyed membership in the Classy Ladies Group at Whites of Westport.

She is survived by: a daughter, Joan E. Camara (husband Charles Jordan) of Portsmouth, RI; three grandchildren, Alexander, Daniel, and Brian Jordan; four great grandchildren, Rosaria, Catarina, Logan, and Jacob; and several nieces and nephews. She was also the sister of the late John C. Reis and Francis Reis.

Private arrangements were with the Silva-Faria Funeral Home.
