Alice M. Medeiros, 87 of Westport, passed away July 9th, after a short illness. Born in Fall River, daughter of the late Armand and Eugenie (Tardiff) Tisdale. A prep cook, she had worked at the former Moby Dick and, later, Abraham Manchester restaurants in Westport. "Mems" is survived by four generations. She was the beloved mother of Sheila Harris and the late Jeffrey P. Medeiros; grandmother of Ronald Manchester, Jr., Adam Manchester (wife-Cheryl) and Tracy Smith (husband-Brian); great grandmother of Brittany Freitas (husband-John), Hayley Tripp, Cory and Ryan Manchester, Brian Smith Jr. and the late Amanda Tripp; great great grandmother of Madison, John (Jr) and Emma Lynn Freitas; sister of Armand Tisdale (wife-Mary) and the late Jeannette Rancourt, Rita Martin and Georgette Ringuette. She also leaves several nieces and nephews. Her funeral arrangements were private.
