Alice Potvin, 88, of Fall River, widow of Alfred L. Potvin, died Sunday at Charlton Memorial Hospital. Born in, and a lifelong resident of, Fall River, daughter of the late John & Delphina (Domingos) Pedro, she had worked for various companies in the garment industry and was a member of ILGWU (UNITE). She enjoyed spending her time knitting. Sister of Albert "Cal" Pedro, Constance Reis and the late Dolores Arruda, John, Alfred & Ed Pedro. She also leaves several nieces and nephews. Her Funeral Mass was celebrated on Thursday, November 13, in St Anthony of Padua Church followed by her committal at St Patrick Cemetery.
