Alisson D. Coelho, 47, of Fall River, former husband of Marcela Coelho, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 22, 2023 at Charlton Memorial Hospital following a long illness. Born in Governador Valadares, Minas Gerais, Brazil, he was a son of Luiz Carlos Silveira Coelho and the late Maria Ines (de Oliveira) Coelho.

Prior to his illness he was owner and operator of DAC Construction and recently partnered with Becker Construction. He loved cooking, playing dominos and cards, and watching action movies such as Zorro. A very hard worker, he was also very friendly, kind, and was always willing to help anyone in need. But most notably, Alisson was a devoted father and grandfather who enjoyed spending time with all of his family.

He leaves his loving children, Lara Coelho of Brazil, and Lucas Coelho and Laysa Coelho, both of Fall River; his grandson, Joao Gabriel Nicario; one sister, Rita Coelho and her husband, Adonios, of Brazil; his brother, Luiz Coelho and his wife, Ivanise, of Brazil; and many nieces and nephews.

A prayer service was held on Wednesday, March 1st, during a visitation period in our Fall River Chapel. A private cremation followed.
