Almerinda Serrador, 97, of Fall River, widow of Manuel C. Serrador, died Wednesday 1/7/15 at Charlton Memorial Hospital. Born in St Michael, Azores, daughter of the late Manuel & Maria Jesus (Cabral) Frizado, she emigrated to Fall River in 1980, and was devoted to her family: 3 children, Manuel A. Costa (wife Fatima) of St Michael, Azores, Maria Liduina Rego (husband Joseph) & Maria Lucia Machado (husband Gil) both of Fall River; a sister Liduina Lima of Canada; 9 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, several nieces & nephews. Her Funeral Mass was celebrated on Monday, January 12, in Espirito Santo Church followed by her committal at Notre Dame Cemetery.
