Altino F. Pacheco, 72, of N. Dartmouth, husband of Mary Lou (Holden) Pacheco, died Wednesday 7/27/11 at Charlton Memorial Hospital. Born in St Michael, Azores, son of the late Antonio & Maria (Furtado) Pacheco. He lived in Fall River most of his life, residing in N. Dartmouth since 1989. In the construction business for many years, he owned and managed ALS Fence & Guardrail, retiring in the mid 1990's. A fantastic pool player and avid golfer, he also enjoyed fishing and was a member of the Fall River Rod & Gun Club. He especially enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren. Besides his wife of 52 years, he leaves: sons, Gordon J. (wife Eileen) & Lloyd J. (fiancée Linda Fiola) Pacheco all of Fall River; siblings, Edward Pacheco & Rita Santos; grandchildren, Andrew J. & Katlyn Elizabeth, Brandyn, Kelsie Lynn and Emily; several nieces and nephews. He was also father of the late Guy J. Pacheco and brother of the late Lidia Raposo, Alda Santos, Alice Lisak and Nancy Pacheco. Arrangements were private. Omit flowers.
