Alzira O. (Oliveira) Pessoa, 84, of Fall River, passed away Wednesday at St. Anne's Hospital. Widow of Frederico D. Pessoa. Survivors include sons, Eduardo O. Pessoa and his wife Helena of Fall River, and Amilcar O. Pessoa and his wife Maria of Fall River; a brother, Peter Oliveira of North Carolina, 5 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was also sister of the late Arthur Oliveira. Her Funeral Mass was offered on Monday, June 1, in St. Anthony of Padua Church, celebrated by Fr. Brian Albino. Interment was in St. Patrick Cemetery. Pallbearers were Michael Adolfo, Cris Cabral, Michael Pessoa, Brian Pessoa, David Oliveira, and Sam Oliveira.
