Andrew A. Garcia, 60, of Fall River, formerly of New Bedford, passed away on Thursday after a short illness. Husband of Mary Fatima (Oliveira) Garcia. Born in New Bedford, son of the late Frank and Emily "Terry" (Yates) Garcia. A guitar player, he had played for various bands in the area. Father of Noreen Gagne and Timothy Garcia, grandfather of Logan Garcia, brother of Gregory Garcia of New Bedford. He also leaves several nieces and nephews. Following his cremation, a memorial mass was offered in Notre Dame Church on Thursday, September 4.
