Angelina "Vo" Correia, 101, of Fall River, formerly of Davis St., passed away peacefully on Saturday, surrounded by her family. Widow of Antone T. Correia. Born in Fall River, daughter of the late Jose and Rose (Medeiros) Oliveira. A former textile worker, Angelina was an avid gardner and enjoyed playing bingo, lottery and going to Foxwoods. She is survived by her son, Antone "Tony' Correia and his wife Anita of Fall River; grandchildren, Antone Correia Jr., Rhonda Carmody, Brian Correia, Gail Mullin and Daryl Correia; 11 great grandchildren; 5 great great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was also sister of the late Joseph Oliveira, Manuel Oliveira, John Oliveira, Georgiana Ferreira, Mary Simmons, Rose Motta and Eunice Simoes. The family of "The Princess of Kimwell" would like to extend their sincere gratitude for the expert and loving care they provided. Her Funeral Mass was celebrated by Fr. Michael Racine on Wednesday, March 11th, in St. Bernard Church in Assonet followed by her committal at Notre Dame Cemetery.
