Anthony Ferro, 69, of South Dartmouth, passed away on Saturday. He was the husband of Elaine (Nassr) Ferro. Born in Acushnet, MA, son of the late Antonio Ferro and Olive Davoll. Anthony worked as a chemist for Biltrite Corporation, Titleist, Spaulding and Wilson Mfg. He loved gardening and was a proud member of the Dartmouth High School Alumni Association. Survivors include a son, A. Joseph Ferro (wife – Kathy) of Murfreesborough, TN; a daughter, Charlotte Ferro of MA; a step-son, John L. Nasrah of Stoughton, MA; and beloved grandchildren, Joey, Natasha, Sophie, Sarah, Emily and Ryan. He was also father of the late Raymond Todd Ferro. Relatives and friends are invited to gather on Thursday from 5-8pm at the Silva-Faria Funeral Home, 730 Bedford St. A funeral service officiated by Father Michael Racine was held at our Fall River Chapel during his calling hours on Thursday, June 6.
