Anthony Fragoza, 77, of Westport, died on Tuesday. Widower of Beverly Fragoza, son of the late Antone & Mary (Tavares) Fragoza. A Westport resident for 62 years, he worked as a mechanic with Meva Construction, Coffin Construction & the Highway Dept. He was a brother of Joseph Daniel Fragoza (wife Phyllis) of Westport, the late Richard Fragoza, Jr. and the late Joan Trafka, nephew of Aura Hagen of Fall River, cousin of John "Butch", Janice & Mary Lou Hagen, all of Fall River, uncle of J. Daniel Fragoza, II, J. Daniel Fragoza, III, Gregory Trafka, Ricardo Fragoza, Jr., David "Skinny" Fragoza and Linda Pritchard. His Funeral Mass was offered on Saturday (6/21) in St. George Church, Highland Ave., Westport. Committal services followed at Notre Dame Cemetery in Fall River.
