Antonio Carlos, 88, of Fall River, passed away on Jyly 13, 2011 at home. Husband of the late Maria do Carmo (Arruda) Carlos. Born in Santa Barbara, St. Michael, Azores, he was the son of the late Joao and Mariana Carlos. He moved here with his family in 1968. A retired construction worker, he was also a barber and enjoyed tending to his vineyard and garden and, especially, spending time with his family. Beloved father of Jose A., Carlos A. and Antonio B. Carlos, Maria L. Sardinha, Ilda M. Medeiros, and Theresa M. Vultao; brother of Francisco Carlos, Lauriana Camara, Ilda Cabral, Olivia Carvalho, and the late Joao and Jose Carlos, Ines Barreira, Mariana Carvalho, and Maria Vultao. He also leaves ten grandchildren, one great grandson and many nieces and nephews. His funeral Mass was celebrated in Espirito Santo Church. He was laid to rest at St. Patrick Cemetery.
