Armindo C. Correia, 86, of Fall River, husband of Maria O. (Linhares) Correia, passed away on Tuesday. Born in  Sao Pedro Nordestinho, Sao Miguel he was the son of the late Maria Trindade (Rego) Correia. He was employed by KlearVu Manufacturing for many years. In addition to his wife of sixty-two years, he leaves: his children, Maria Desa and her husband Mario of North Dartmouth, Luis Rego and his wife Lourdes of Fall River, Jose Rego and his wife Zelia of Westport, Armindo Rego and his wife Angie, Ana Hilario and her husband Frank of Fall River, and Maria Soares and her husband Ronald of Berkley; eleven grandchildren, Tanya, Kevin , Bryan, Amanda, Nancy, Brittany, Shawn, Kristen, Megan, Jenna and Shana; eight great grandchildren and was expecting a ninth great grandchild. His Funeral Mass was celebrated on Wednesday, April 4th, in Espirito Santo Church followed by his committal and entombment at the Notre Dame Cemetery Mausoleum.
