Augusto J. Santos (Joe),59, of Dartmouth, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, April 27, 2016 at St. Luke's Hosptial. Born in Gouveia, Portugal a son of the late Augusto and Purificação (Duarte) Santos. He was the husband of Elaine (Costa) Santos and son-in-law of Antonio and Mary Costa. He leaves 2 children, Stephen Santos and Andrea Santos both of Fall River; a sister Virginia Fortin, two sisters-in-law Anna Cabral (Husband-Nick) and Libelia Santos (Wife of the late Antonio Santos), and many nieces and nephews. He also leaves behind his dog Junior and his grand dogs Mango, Olive, and Gripp. His Funeral Mass was celebrated on Monday, May 2nd, in St. Anthony of Padua Church followed by his committal at Notre Dame Cemetery.
