Barbara J. Castonguay, 88, of Fall River, wife of the late Paul O. Castonguay, passed away peacefully on Friday, January 11, 2019 at the Catholic Memorial Home. Born in Fall River, she was a daughter of the late Henry and Lena (Kimber) Clinton. An active church leader, she loved to volunteer for all of its activities and also enjoyed entertaining. She leaves: her children, Bruce Castonguay of Dartmouth and Paula Medeiros of Swansea; seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; two sisters, Joan Pickering of East Bridgewater and Shirley Roden of Maryland; and several nieces and nephews. Following cremation, a Celebration of Her Life was held on Saturday, January 19th, in the Union United Methodist Church, 600 Highland Ave. Fall River, MA 02720.
