Bertha N. (Brito) DeFrias, 72, of Fall River, passed away on Tuesday, October 23, 2018 . She was the wife of the late Dinarte M. DeFrias.  Born in Sao Roque, daughter of the late Antonio and Ondina (Silva) Brito. She worked in the garment industry for many years. She is survived by: 2 children Lisa DeFrias-Silva (husband-Luis) and Dinarte O. DeFrias both of Fall River. She was the sister of Edward Brito of New Hampshire, Antonio Brito of Taunton, Luis Brito of South Carolina, Maria Dos Anjos Lopes of Fall River and Teresa Lambert of Taunton. She was the sister of the late Connie Brito. Her Funeral Mass was celebrated on Friday, October 26th, in St. Anthony of Padua Church followed by her committal and entombment at the Notre Dame Cemetery Mausoleum.
