William S. "Billy" Proc, 61 of No. Dighton, passed away peacefully at home with his family on Monday, February 6, 2017, after a long battle with cancer. An avid hunter, fisherman, and race car enthusiast, Billy loved the outdoors. He enjoyed taking trips with his friends and family. Some of his most cherished memories were going on a cruise with friends, going to Disney World with his family, camping, fishing and parasailing.

Son of the late Stephen & Rosalina (Leonardo) Proc, Billy was born in Fall River and resided in Somerset most of his life. He is survived by: his brother, Steve and his fiancée Cheryl McShane; nieces and nephews, Lisa Richards, Koren Dorsett, Shauna Saxon, Erin Silvia, Stevie & Matthew Proc; a grandniece, Cassidy, and several grandnephews, Mason, Lincoln and Richard.

Before his cremation, his Funeral Service was held on Saturday, February 11th, in Dighton Community Church.
