Britney Elizabeth Moniz, 30, of Somerset, passed away at Rhode Island Hospital on Sunday. Born in Fall River, she was the daughter of Manuel "Eddie" and Odette (Ferreira) Moniz. She loved people, partying, facebook, music, and being out and about. She was an angel who touched many lives, showing us the true meaning of simplicity and pure unconditional love. Besides her parents, she leaves her brother, Philip Moniz; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. She was also the sister of the late Marcel Moniz and granddaughter of the late Lidia and Gil Ferreira and Carlos and Olivia Moniz. Her Funeral Mass was celebrated on Friday, April 28th, in St. John of God in Somerset followed by her committal at St. Patrick Cemetery in Fall River.
