Carlos L. Medeiros, 62, of Fall River, passed away Friday. Husband of Emiliana (Oliveira) Medeiros, he was born in Agua Retorta, Sao Miguel, Azores, son of the late Manuel Botelho Medeiros and Maria d'Estrela (Furtado) Medeiros. Carlos was a retired construction laborer and a member of the Fall River Sporting Club. Beloved father of Ricardo and Robert (wife-Jennifer) Medeiros; grandfather of Ian James Medeiros and brother of Joao Botelho, Fatima Moniz and Natalia Machado. He also leaves many nieces and nephews. His Funeral Mass was celebrated on Wednesday, August 31st, in St Anthony of Padua Church followed by his committal at St. Patrick Cemetery.
