Carolyn (Cambra) Donovan, 64, of Fall River, widow of Michael P. Donovan, passed away Tuesday, August 20, 2013 at Sarah Brayton Nursing Home after a brief illness. Daughter of the late James & Maria (Souza) Cambra. A 1968 graduate of BMC Durfee High School, she was vice-president of the Portuguese Club. She was a communicant of the former Immaculate Conception Church, and enjoyed singing in its choir. Employed in the Fall River School System, at Fonseca School, for many years, she had also served as Pack 18 Cub Scouts' Den Mother. Survivors include: longtime companion, Robert Bouchard; 3 children, Daniel Raymond Jr. (wife Dawn), Lori Ann Knarr (husband Randy) & Kevin "Moose" Donovan Sr. (wife Debora); 4 stepchildren, Patricia Donovan, Elliot Donovan, Richard Donovan & Kelly Chouinard (husband Roger); siblings, James Jr. and Donna Cambra; 7 grandchildren, Kaitlin, Liam, Kevin Jr., Abigail, Jonah, Matthew & Jason; 11 step-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts & uncles. Her Funeral Mass was celebrated on Saturday, August 24, in St Theresa Church in Tiverton followed by her committal at St. Patrick Cemetery.
