Catherine M. Ciullo, 87, widow of Alfred P. Ciullo, passed peacefully at Clifton Nursing Home, Sunday, May 14, 2017. Born in Fall River and raised in Somerset, daughter of the late Antone De Costa and the late Catherine (St. George) De Costa, she later returned to Somerset where she resided for the last few years. She had worked in the local garment industry for many years and was a member of the ILGWU (now UNITE).

Known for her kind and sociable personality, she enjoyed music and dancing, and spending time with friends & family. She leaves behind a brother, Anthony De Costa of Wareham; several nieces & nephews; and her very special godchild, Sylienne Crisafulli and her family of Somerset. Sister of the late John & Ray De Costa, she also leaves a sister-in-law (on her husband's side), Margaret DiPalma.

Her Funeral Mass was celebrated on Wednesday, May 17th, in St. John of God Church, Somerset, followed by her committal at St. Patrick Cemetery, Fall River.
