Cecilia Paula DeBalsi, 74, of North Dartmouth, wife of Raffaele DeBalsi, passed away peacefully at home on May 29, 2017. Born in Fall River, she was the daughter of late Antonio and Deomar (Cordeiro) Camara. Cecilia was a selfless, dedicated wife, mother, and grandmother who loved spending time with her family and friends. She enjoyed being home, going out to dinner, and especially her job working with children. Besides her husband of 51 years, she leaves her children: Dr. Karen DeBalsi of North Carolina, Tony DeBalsi and his wife Edie of Rochester, and Jason DeBalsi and his wife Sherrilyn of Dartmouth; three grandchildren: Marlo DeBalsi, Stephanie Resendes, and Gregory Resendes; a sister, Norine Camara and her husband Joseph of Dartmouth; and a brother, Paul Camara of New York.
