Colleen C. Charest, 65, of Fall River, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, April 8th. Born in New Bedford, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Alice (Kenney) Costa. She was a nurse's aide for over 15 years for Cliff Homes in Fall River. She will be sadly missed by her family and grand dogs Holly & Bailey whom she loved caring & spending time with. She was a fan of General Hospital and enjoyed watching the Food Network cooking shows. She was known as Grandma to many children where she resided. Colleen is survived by her son, Kevin St. Ours of Tiverton, RI; daughters, Rhonda Couto (husband-Kenny) of Freetown and Nancy Long (husband- Andy) of Reading; brothers, Curtis Costa of New Bedford and Joseph Costa of Washington; Sisters, Debbie Murphy of New Bedford, Beverly Sylvia and Laurie Perreira, both Florida; Grandmother of Chrissy, Kayla, Jimmy, Molly, Eric, Emma, and Kyle. Great grandmother of Sheyleigh, Jesse and Gabriellah and many nieces and nephews.  She was also the sister of the late Robert Costa. Following cremation, her memorial service was held on Saturday, April 19, 2014, in the Old South United Methodist Church, 6 Salem St., Reading MA.
