Constance M. Reis, 91, of Fall River, wife of the late Joseph P. Reis, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 1, 2025 at the Fall River Jewish Home following a brief illness. Born in Fall River, she was a daughter of the late John F. Pedro and the late Delphina (Domingos) Pedro.

Prior to her retirement she worked as a sewing machine operator in the local textile industry for many years. She loved cooking, dining out, and socializing. She also enjoyed long rides with her husband to Newport and Cape Cod, bus trips to the casino, and, back in the day, ballroom dancing at Lincoln Park. Most important to Constance was spending quality time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

She leaves her loving son, Paul J. Reis and his wife, Sarah, of Westport and her grandchildren, Zoey Reis, Joseph Reis, and Amelia Reis. She also leaves many nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late John Pedro, Edward Pedro, Alfred Pedro, Dolores Arruda, Alice Potvin, and Albert "Cal" Pedro.

Her Funeral Mass was celebrated on Saturday, April 5th, in St. Anthony of Padua Church followed by her committal at in St. Patrick Cemetery.
