Cory M. Lima, 38, fiancé of Jessica-Lynn Burnham, father of Dalton Wyatt Lima and Faith Lynn Ellis, passed away on Sunday, July 19, 2026, at Tufts Medical Center, surrounded by his family. Born in Fall River, Cory was a son of David Lima and Nancy (Honnafin) Lima and brother of Tyler Lima.

   Cory was a laborer for American Roofing. He was an amazing bowler. He enjoyed Football Sundays with family watching the New England Patriots. He was a Celtics and Boston Red Sox fan.

   He is survived by his lifelong partner Jessica-Lynn, his closest friend and love of his life for ten years.

   You were an awesome father to Dalton Wyatt, and he knew how much you loved and cared for him. We won’t miss a chance to tell him how much you will always love him and how much of an amazing father you were.

   He was best friends with his brother Tyler; he couldn’t ask for a better brother to have. You were always there when someone needed anything.

   He is also survived by his grandmothers Janet Honnafin and Maria L. Lima; his godmother/aunt Geraldine and Uncle Ed Mattos; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

   Relatives and Friends are invited to attend his memorial gathering to be held in Silva-Faria Funeral Home, 730 Bedford Street, Fall River, on Sunday, July 26, 2026, from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
