Cristiano R. Medeiros, 81, of Seabury St., passed away on July 20, 2008 at home. Husband of Maria Natalia (Pascoal) Medeiros. Born Povoacao, St. Michael, Azores, he was the son of the late Cristiano and Erminia (Raposo) Medeiros Custodio. He worked at Quaker Fabrics for 13 years. Father of Fernando A., Cristiano A., Carlos A., Leonardo and Luis A. Medeiros, Floriano A. Raposo, Emanuel De Medeiros, Greta Resendes, Cidalia A. Raposo, Leonilde Frias and Olga M. Pacheco. Brother of Manuel, Henrique, Gabriela and Conceicao Garcia, Jose Raposo Medeiros and the late Orana, Manuel and Jacinto Raposo and Maria Garcia. He also leaves 27 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews. He was also grandfather of the late Nivia A. Raposo. His funeral Mass was celebrated in St Anthony of Padua Church. Pallbearers Christopher & Manny Resendes, Joshua and Shaun Frias, Corey deMedeiros, Jordan, Matthew and Cliff Medeiros brought him to his final resting place at Notre Dame Cemetery.
