Daniel B. Araujo, 89, formerly of Ridge St., passed away Monday at Southpointe Nursing Home. Born in Fall River, son of the late Manuel and Maria (Borges) Araujo. A Coast Guard veteran of WW II, Dan was a bus driver for SRTA for many years, an avid bowler and loved to travel. Beloved brother of Lorraine Viveiros (husband-Steve) and the late Elsie Sousa and Marianna Araujo. He also leaves several nieces and nephews. His Funeral Mass was celebrated on Thursday, September 4, in Santo Christo Church followed by his committal with military honors at Notre Dame Cemetery.
