Daniel E. Leite, 81, of Somerset passed away Saturday, March 5th, 2011, after a long illness. Husband of Rita (Souza) Leite to whom he was married for 56 years. Born in Fall River, son of the late Antone and Anna Leite. An Air Force veteran of the Korean War, he also served in the Naval Reserves for 4 years. Beloved father of Michael Leite of Wareham, Brian Leite of Somerset, Donna Willette and Paul Leite both of Dighton and Mark Leite of Franklin, NH; grandfather of Jared, Amanda, Paul and Joshua Leite, Kyle and Katelyn Willette. He also leaves many nieces and nephews and was brother of the late Joseph (his twin) and Robert Leite, Lucille Tavares and Barbara Oldrid. His Funeral Mass was celebrated Thursday, March 10th, at St. Patrick's Church followed by a commital service at St. Patrick's Cemetery in Somerset.
