Daniel J. Medeiros, 61, of New Bedford, passed away peacefully on Monday, January 13, 2025 at St. Luke's Hospital following a long illness. Born in Fall River, he was a son of the late James Daniel Medeiros and the late Alice (Medeiros) Medeiros.

He loved listening to music, especially to the tunes of Bad Company. Most notably, Daniel was a loving and kind person and was always eager and willing to help anyone in need.

He leaves his son, Daniel J. Medeiros of Virginia Beach, VA; his granddaughter, Layla Medeiros; his three siblings, John L Medeiros and his wife, Terri, Maureen Medeiros, both of Fall River; and Gregory J. Medeiros and his companion, Fernando Cruz, of North Dighton; and many nieces and nephews.

His funeral arrangements were private.
