Daniel Rapoza, 73, of Fall River, long-time companion of Louise May Emiavata and former husband of Judith (Danison) Sroczynski, passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 13, 2022 at Charlton Memorial Hospital following a long illness. Born in Fall River, he was a son of the late Daniel Rapoza and the late Inez (Amaral) Rapoza.

Prior to his retirement, he ran his own carpentry business for most of his career. He was a United States Army Veteran who proudly and bravely served his Country during Vietnam. An avid New York Giants fan, he also loved fishing, the beach, and camping. A true family man, Daniel enjoyed carpentry, construction, and traveling throughout the United States.

Besides his long-time companion, he leaves his son, Daniel Rapoza, III, of Fall River, Massachusetts; his sisters, Berta Neves and her husband, Gil, of Shelton, Connecticut, and Cynthia Rapoza Gariepy and her husband, David, of Warren, Rhode Island; his brother, Steven Rapoza and his wife, Elise, of Coventry, Rhode Island; and several nieces and nephews.

His cremation arrangements were private.
