David Botelho, 28, of Rodman St.., died Friday accidentally. Born in Fall River, son of Maria D. (Afonso) Botelho of Fall River and the late Silvino T. Botelho. He is survived by brothers, Duarte M. Botelho and Silvino Botelho, Jr., sister-in-laws, Kimberly A. Botelho and Amy L. Pacheco, grandmother, Mary Afonso, nieces, Kaitlin, Kendra and Kylie Botelho; nephew, Christopher Medeiros, several aunts and uncles. Funeral was held Wednesday, October 3rd, in St. Anthony of Padua Church. Pallbearers were Jason Martini, Robert Affonso, Joe Affonso, Everest Botelho, Paul Bonanca Carlos Bonanca, Joey Affonso and Dennis Affonso, with David's cousins serving as honorary pallbearers. Interment Notre Dame Cemetery.
