David Conroy, 67, of Dartmouth, passed away peacefully on the morning of July 18th, 2015, surrounded by his loved ones. Husband of Maria C. (Revoredo) Conroy and born in Fall River to Rita (Paradise) Conroy and the late Raymond E. Conroy, David was a Vietnam veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps and continued his career as a Lieutenant with the Fall River Police Department, from which he retired. He is survived by sons Chad E. Conroy of York, SC, and Shawn M. Conroy of Fall River; daughters Kara (Conroy) Russo of Hilliard, OH, and Cassie A. Conroy of Fall River; siblings Mark Conroy and Barbara Conroy of Dartmouth, Bonnie Coe of VA, and the late Raymond Conroy and Patrick Conroy, along with his grandchildren, Brady, Avery, Amber and Owen Russo, Darian Conroy and several nieces and nephews. His funeral arrangements were private.
