David Cordeiro Miranda, 46, born and raised in California, currently living in Fall River, has died unexpectedly. David was the son of the late Leonardo Miranda (government engineer) and Susan J. (DeHaan) Hrenchir of Idaho. A graduate of Chula Vista High School, in CA, Bristol Community College and Salter School in Fall River. David was employed by St. Anne Hospital as a scheduling coordinator. Recently on sick leave, he was looking forward to returning to work. Besides his mother, he is survived by his brother, Atty. Timothy Miranda of CA; his paternal grandmother, Matilde Diogo Miranda of Fall River; his aunt, Donna (Donaria) Miranda of Fall River, his uncle Baldwin Miranda of FL, his cousins Joseph Miranda of NY, and Hannah Miranda of MA. He was grandson of the late Joseph Cordeiro Miranda, Louis E. DeHaan and Lillian (Quinney) DeHaan. David's funeral Mass was celebrated on Friday, February 5th, in Espirito Santo Church. Following a private cremation, his ashes were buried with his father at St. Patrick Cemetery.
