Dennis M. Lebow, 62, of Fall River, passed away unexpectedly on August 6, 2021 with his wife and children by his side. He was the beloved husband of Debra A. Lebow for 20 years. Dennis was a son of the late Reuben and Gerda Lebow.
He was the owner and operator of Reuben the Tailor for the past 38 years. The tailor shop has been a staple in the city of Fall River since it was established in 1954 by the late Reuben Lebow. Dennis took over the family business in 1982 and was known as a devoted member and supporter of the Fall River community. He loved spending time with his family, watching sports, playing golf and his dog Abigail.
Dennis is survived by: his children, Eric Lebow and his wife, Meghan, Jillian (Lebow) Alves and husband, Jeff, Stephanie Brodeur and her fiancé, Justin Codega, and Brittany Ouellette and her husband, Daryl; his sister, Betty Ann Norris and husband, Mark; his brother, Mark Lebow and his wife, Christine; five grandchildren, Paige Codega, Payton Ouellette, Emma Alves, Parker Lebow and Caleb Ouellette; and many aunts, nieces, nephews & cousins He will be missed dearly. Dennis's family would like to thank the loyal customers of Reuben the Tailor for their support over the last 67 years. They would also like to acknowledge and thank the team of doctors and nurses at Charlton Memorial Hospital for providing Dennis with such great care and comfort.
Following his private cremation, a visitation period was held on Thursday, August 19th, in our Fall River Chapel.
Family members are always grateful for relatives and friends wishing to make in-person expressions of kindness and support.
