Diana Branco, 89, of Fall River, died on March 5, 2008 at Charlton Memorial Hospital. Widow of Joseph F. Branco. Born in Fall River, daughter of the late Manuel & Rose (Pereira) Teixeira. Raised in Fall River she lived in Portsmouth & Newport for many years before returning to this city. An avid reader, she also enjoyed crossword puzzles & bingo. Diana was a member of the Robeson Club at the Fall River Jewish Home where she resided. She will be missed by all for her sense of humor. Sister of Leontina "Tillie" Oliveira, Alice Bandara, Louis Teixeira & the late Mary Cabral & Justina "Casper" Mosteiro. She also leaves several nieces & nephews. Her funeral Mass was celebrated at St Anthony of Padua Church. Donations may be made in her memory to Fall River Jewish Home, 538 Robeson St, Fall River, 02721.
