Dolores Medeiros, 88, widow of Domingos Medeiros, passed away on Saturday, December 2, 2017, at home after a brief illness. Born in Fall River, daughter of the late Manuel & Maria (Silvia) Almeida, she had worked in the local textile industry for many years, retiring from SanToro. She enjoyed games on the computer, doing cross stitch, spending time at Dartmouth Senior Center, and being with her family.

Dolores is survived by: a daughter, Mary Isabel "Izzy" Furtado (husband John); three grandchildren, John David Furtado (wife Nancy), Tammy Morgan (companion Robert Avery), and Wendy Cotrone; six great grandchildren, Matthew & Kyle Furtado, DJ & Jacob Morgan, Selenia Cotrone, and Megan Avery; several nieces & nephews. She was also predeceased by four siblings.

Her Funeral Mass was celebrated on Wednesday, December 6th, in St. George Church in Westport, followed by her committal at Notre Dame Cemetery.
