Dolores V. (Cordeiro) Ouellette, 79, of Fall River, formerly of Winthrop St, passed into eternal rest July 22, 2011, at Crawford Nursing Home after a short illness. She was the widow of Rene E. Ouellette. She leaves 3 children: son, Steven Ouellette (wife Sandra) of Warren, RI, daughters, Susan M. Ouellette of Fall River & Sandra M. Parris of Rehoboth; grandsons, Robert & Andrew Parris; granddaughters, Darcie Ouellette-Coffey (husband James), Kelci Parris & Lyndsay Ouellette; siblings, Daniel Cordeiro of Fall River & Jennifer (Cordeiro) Barboza of Maine; former son-in-law Robert Parris; several nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her parents, Manuel V. Cordeiro & Alice (Correia) Dias, and siblings, Emma Medeiros & James V. Cordeiro. Dolores was a member of the ILGWU, now UNITE, and was employed by Louis Hand for many years prior to her retirement. Until her illness, she enjoyed crocheting, spending time with family and friends. She was also an avid soccer and hockey Grandma. She loved to cook, dance and occasionally travel. Her funeral Mass was celebrated in St Anthony of Padua Church. Cremation was private.
