Domingos A. Camara, 80, of Fall River, husband of the Ilda (Pacheco), passed away at Catholic Memorial Home on Saturday June 25. Born in Ajuda Bretanha, St.Michael, Azores. He was the son of the late Manuel and Maria Conceicao (Raposo) Adolfo. Domingos had been a boat builder for most of his life. Mr. Domingos was a member of the Society of the Holy Name. He was the father of: Clement Camara and his wife Jodie , Maria Connie Ferreira and her husband Tony, Joe Camara, and Domingos Camara, all of Fall River. He was the grandfather of Kevin Ferreira, and Hayley, Nathan and Vanessa Camara and the uncle of several nieces and nephews. He leaves his two brothers; Manuel Camara and his wife Odilia and Henrique Arruda and his wife Lucia, four sisters; Maria Raposo and her husband Luis, Conceicao Medeiros and her husband Manuel, Teresa Pavao and her husband Maunel, and Donaria Oliveira and her husband Jose, all of St. Michael, Azores. His Funeral Mass was celebrated on Wednesday, June 29th, in Espirito Santo Church followed by his committal at Notre Dame Cemetery.
