Donald Bollin, Jr., 35, of Mayfield, NY, passed suddenly on January 24, 2009 at Nathan Littauer Hospital, Gloversville, NY. Born February 11, 1973 in Fall River, MA, he is survived by: his parents Don & JoAnn (Perry) Bollin of Tiverton, RI; his fiancée of 9 years Amy Ashline and daughters Kyla Lucille (4), Brenna Yvonne (3), and baby girl Amara Grace to be born 2/13/09 of Mayfield, NY; sister Dawn Johnson (husband Jason) and nieces Megan & Haley (2) of Monmouth Junction, NJ; paternal grandmother Eleanor Bollin of Fall River, MA. Also survived by his extended family David & Margaret Ashline, Jeff Ashline, David Ashline, niece Morgan Ashline of Johnstown, NY, several aunts, uncles and cousins. Don was a member of the Tiverton High School Class of 1991 and a graduate of Rhode Island College. Don was employed by Target Distribution Center in Amsterdam, NY. He was an avid fan of the Boston Red Sox and New England Patriots. Don enjoyed fishing, reading, playing games and spending time with his two "princesses" and his "queen". He also enjoyed playing tennis and golf. Funeral was held on Friday, January 30, 2009 in Holy Ghost Church. Interment was in Pocasset Hill Cemetery, and his pallbearers were Mike Graves, Miles Henderson, Jeff Ashline, David Ashline, Mark Monette and Mike Sullivan.
