Dyson J. NovoMiranda, 24, of North Dighton, passed away on January 23, 2025, at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston after an illness. Born in Fall River, he was the son of Joseph Miranda and Donna Novo.
He was employed for several years as a field technician with Crown Equipment Corporation. Honorably serving his country in the U. S. Marine Corps for three years, Dyson attained the rank of lance corporal and was a sharpshooter. He loved dirt-bike riding, four-wheeling, and shooting with his friends.
Besides his parents of No. Dighton, he is survived by his maternal grandparents, Frank and Mary (Pacheco) Novo of Somerset, and several aunts, uncles and cousins with whom he was very close. Dyson's paternal grandparents, Joseph and Olivia (Cabral) Miranda predeceased him.
His Funeral Service was held on Thursday, January 30th, following a visitation period in our Fall River Chapel. His Committal Service with military honors followed at St. Patrick Cemetery in Fall River.
