Eduardo Lima, 67, of Fall River, passed away Friday after a long illness. Husband of Maria Helena (Ferreira) Lima, to whom he was married for 45 years. Born in Lomba Da Maia, St. Michael, Azores, son of the late Manuel and Diamantina De Lima. A retired textile worker, Eduardo was an avid Benfica fan and enjoyed fishing and making wine. Beloved father of Helena, Susie and Edward De Lima and Elizabeth Sousa (husband-Jeffrey); grandfather of Madison and Hannah Sousa; brother of Antonio and Mariano De Lima, Susie Sousa and the late Teodore Pimentel and Jose De Lima. He also leaves several nieces and nephews. His Funeral Mass was celebrated on Tuesday, October 20th, in Espirito Santo Church followed by his committal at Notre Dame Cemetery.
