Eduardo Manuel Pereira, 63, of Fall River, beloved husband of Luisa (DeMedeiros) Pereira, passed away peacefully on February 21, 2022 in the comforts of his home following a brief illness.

Born in Pilar da Bretanha, St. Michael, Azores, he was a son of the late Jacinto Pereira and the late Maria Conceicao Sousa. Eduardo was a very hard worker, provided well for his family, and, most importantly, enjoyed spending quality time with all of them.

Besides his loving wife of thirty-three years, he leaves his daughters, Ashley Pereira and her husband, Marco Rodrigues, and Kelly Pereira and her husband, Roberto Pereira, both of Fall River; his grandson, Christian Rodrigues; his two sisters, Maria dos Anjos  Melo and her husband, Jose, of Fall River and Maria Lourdes Sousa and her husband, Henrique, of Westport; his two brothers, Jose DaCosta and his wife, Nelia, of Fall River, and Miguel Pereira and his wife, Maria, of Ontario, Canada; and many nieces and nephews. He was also the father of the late Kenny Pereira and the brother of the late Matilde Camara.

His Funeral Mass was celebrated on Monday, February 28th, in Espirito Santo Church followed by his committal at Notre Dame Cemetery.
