Efrain Torres II, 50, of Fall River, husband of Carmen G. Rivera, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, January 20, 2021 at Morton Hospital, Taunton. Born in Ponce, Puerto Rico, a son of Efrain Torres and Mildred Garcia both of Easton, PA, he resided in Taunton for the past two years, having just moved to Fall River.

He was a truck driver for an oil company for many years. He enjoyed salsa music and dancing, and loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.

Beside his wife, he is survived by: six children, Jesus Torres (wife Sindy) of Rochester, NY, Mikhail Torres (wife Charilyn) of FL, Camille Perez (husband Michael) of Waterbury, CT, Carmen Torres (husband Manuel Ramos) of Fall River, Efrain Torres III of Waterbury, CT, and Christian Torres (wife Katy) of Fall River; 4 siblings, Mildred Torres of Florida, Sherley Torres of Florida, Sharon Torres of Pennsylvania, and Efrain Torres of Pennsylvania; eleven grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Due to the pandemic, His Funeral was private with a funeral mass on Thursday, January 28th, in St. Mary's Cathedral followed by his committal at Notre Dame Cemetery.
