Elaine M. Foster, 67, of Fall River, passed away peacefully at the Sarah S. Brayton Nursing Home on Tuesday. Born in Fall River, daughter of the late Ernest and Ivy (Whittle) Ragonesi. Survivors include her children, Ernest Foster (wife - Maryanne) of Boston, Kevin Foster (wife - Tribbie) of Warren, RI, Sherrilyn Foster of Fall River and Tonya Foster of Fall River; a brother, Steven Ragonesi of Fall River; grandchildren, Nicole Foster, Andrew Foster, Shayla Foster, Ivy Foster, Eric Foster, Tribbie Ann Foster, Makayla Rose Foster, Latisha Foster and Tre'shawn Kevin Foster; great granddaughter on-the-way, Alaya Bisson; and several nieces and nephews. She was also sister of the late Anthony Ragonesi. Following her cremation, a memorial service was held on Friday, September 4th, during a gathering at our Fall River Chapel.
