Emma (Miranda) Pacheco, 90, of Somerset Street in Fall River, passed away on February 9, 2009 at St. Anne's Hospital after a brief illness. She was the widow of Arthur M. Pacheco. Born in Fall River, daughter of the late Antone & Clara (Vasconcelos) Miranda. A lifelong resident of Fall River, she was a BMC Durfee High School graduate and attended the former Thibodeau Business School. Survivors include a son, Ronald A. Pacheco (wife-Patricia) of Tiverton, RI; granddaughter, Melanie Joseph (husband-Scott); great grandchildren, Breanna Joseph and Scott Joseph, Jr.; and several nieces and nephews. Her funeral Mass was celebrated in St. Anthony of Padua Church Pallbearers Scott Joseph, Frank Grace III, Don Berard and Rick Pacheco brought Emma to her final resting place at Notre Dame Cemetery.
