Eugene F. "Gino" Signorelli, 85, of Somerset, MA, passed away on Saturday, June 6, 2020 at Tobey Memorial Hospital.

He was born in San Floro, Italy, to the late Frank Signorelli and the late Theresa (Ferragina) Signorelli.  He was a long-time resident of Jersey City, NJ before moving to Massachusetts.

Eugene was an entrepreneur in the garment industry.  He spent his life crafting beautiful garments for several designers and was always proud to share, how, as a boy, came from Italy to NYC where he began sweeping floors in a sewing factory.  Before long, he was running his own sewing shop in New Britain, CT, "Debbie Fashions".  He moved to Somerset and spent the last 20 years of his career as the Production Manager at Corky and Company in Fall River, where he was affectionately called "Papa Gino" by his co-workers and especially Avery and Lulu Macomber who adopted Gino as their Grandfather.  He also immensely enjoyed spending time with his family and friends as well as his occasional trips to Twin River Casino.

He is survived by his two children, Debra Signorelli of New York City and Frank Signorelli of Scotch Plains, New Jersey; his two grandchildren, Marina and Marco Signorelli; as well as several cousins, nieces and nephews and many dear friends.  Eugene was predeceased by his brother Joseph Signorelli and sister Maria (Signorelli) Graziano.

Due to the COVID pandemic, Eugene's funeral arrangements were private.
